To create better awareness among people at large about Indian cultural heritage and traditions and several other issues concerning developments taking place in the global cultural scenario, IRCEN brings out a monthly journal ‘ARTLAND’ in publication since 1990. The journal contains features, articles, news and views on different aspects of arts and culture. The write-up on cultural issues are contributed by eminent scholars, artists and academicians. To enable the readers of the journal know more about socio-cultural conditions prevailing in several countries abroad the opinions of Ambassadors and High Commissioners of different countries are sought in a rendezvous with them for ARTLAND. This becomes a special feature of the publication. The journal has a wide circulation not only in Indian but in some countries abroad as well. It is registered with the Registrar of newspapers vide R.N.No.50860/90.
