IRCEN has been successfully conducting Cultural Exchange Programmes on non-official basis with countries like Japan, China, Hungary, Korea, Lithuania, Malaysia, Egypt, Greece etc. The Centre also receives cultural troupes from abroad to expose the Indian masses in suburban and rural areas to the beauty of Performing Arts of different countries in the world.
